-Confirms re-entry into sedan segment -Compact SUV likely to debut at 2020 Auto ExpoRenault has confirmed that it will launch four new models for the Indian market by 2022. The Triber is a part of this new range and is expected to be followed by the HBC compact SUV which is likely to be showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo. Renault has also confirmed that it will re-enter the sedan segment but has not confirmed which class of sedans this will be. We believe that it be a localised version of the Symbol sedan adjusted for the requirements of the Indian car market. The automaker has also said that India will only be considered for the K-ZE EV after 2022 and that too only if there is sufficient infrastructure to support it. The AMT spec Triber will be next in line and is expected to arrive by the end of the year and will be offered with the same 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol producing 72bhp/96Nm.
