Renault has given the Pulse hatchback an interior upgrade without much fanfare. Based on the Nissan Micra hatchback, which was facelifted in July 2013, the difference between the interiors of the two cars had somewhat increased. Now, after this upgrade, the interior of the Pulse looks straight out of the Micra.
Step inside the cabin and one can find that the circular theme has made way for square units, the AC vents are square shaped and are similar to the ones found in the Micra. The centre console also gets aluminium surrounds. Although, there isn’t any confirmation from the manufacturer, we expect the seats that were part of the upgrade in the Micra facelift to make its way into the Pulse as well.
The changes are limited to the interiors and the Pulse looks similar to the car launched in 2012. There has been no official word yet on the pricing or any changes, but we expect a marginal hike. Renault’s official website shows the car with upgraded interiors and we expect an announcement from the company anytime soon.
