- Kwid facelift features an updated infotainment system borrowed from the Triber
- The model will continue to be offered with the same powertrain options
New spy images shared on the web reveal the interiors of the upcoming Renault Kwid facelift. The spy images, likely to be taken at a dealer yard, reveal features of the interior as well as the interior of the 2020 Kwid.
The interiors of the Renault Kwid facelift will come equipped with a new touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone integration borrowed from the Triber, fully digital instrument cluster, redesigned air vents, piano black inserts for the steering wheel and orange coloured highlights for the air vent surrounds and gear lever.
Inspiration for the upcoming Renault Kwid facelift is drawn by the Kwid K-ZE, evident from the fascia that features DRL and the turn indicator cluster mounted on either side of the new grille as well as main headlamp cluster positioned on either side of the number plate recess. At the rear, the model will receive C-shaped LED tail-lights.
Powertrain options on the Renault Kwid facelift are expected to include BS-VI compliant versions of the 0.8-litre and 1.0-litre petrol engines. Transmission options would remain unchanged and hence, include a five-speed manual unit and an AMT unit.
