Renault has announced that they are organising a summer service camp from April 17 to April 23 in India. All Renault service stations are prepared for the week-long campaign for a comprehensive car check.
Renault car owners can bring their vehicles to the nearest dealership and get their cars examined. Trained technicians will inspect, advise and if required, also repair the vehicles. The company is also providing a free car wash in addition to the check-up. Customers can avail different discounts on labour, spare parts and accessories during this program.
Renault currently has more than 270 showrooms and 230 workshops across India. They plan to increase this number to 320 units by the end of this year. Such an expansion drive paired with such periodic check-up campaigns go a long way in helping customers with their after-sales needs. Bundled offers and discounts also give added consumer satisfaction.
