A prototype of the Range Rover Evoque Cabrio has been spotted testing and with this adds another body style to the stylish Evoque lineup. The concept was previously seen at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show
The car has been spotted from a distance and there aren’t too many details visible, but the black fabric roof is clearly in the pictures.
The Cabrio is based on the three-door Evoque and expectedly will be the most stylish in its range. After its unveiling at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show the company officials had claimed this body style might be a possibility. However, it seems like the EvoqueCabrio will soon go into production.
It is likely to be powered by the Ingenium range of petrol and diesel engines that powers the recently launched Jaguar XE.
These are still early days to predict its unveiling, but according to rumours the car might reach dealerships in a year’s time. This means it could be unveiled at the 2015 Paris Motor Show.
