- Official unveil on 19 July
- Curvv EV launch on 7 August
Tata Motors has released yet another teaser of the upcoming Curvv coupe SUV. The new video reveals its design sketches while detailing its styling as well.
The production version of the Tata Curvv is very similar to the pre-production unit showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo earlier this year. The sketches preview the same with the coupe SUV getting a unique front end with an LED light bar. Other highlights include a sloping roof, flush-fitting door handles, and a unique set of alloy wheels. It has a minimalistic interior with a 10.25-inch touchscreen taking centre stage and a two-spoke steering wheel. The vehicle is expected to be offered with ADAS, among other safety features.
The Tata Curvv is expected to be slotted above the Nexon and will come with conventional petrol and diesel powertrains and an EV version. An earlier teaser confirmed the unveiling date with the coupe SUV scheduled to break cover on 19 July, 2024, and its EV version to go on sale on 7 August.
Powertrain options
The ICE Tata Curvv is expected to be powered by 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options mated to manual and automatic transmissions. On the other hand, the Curvv EV will be based on the brand's Acti.ev architecture and could be powered by a 55kWh battery pack offering a range of above 500km.
