- Gets a new Chill Lime paint
- Debuts in ICE avatar
Tata Motors has revealed what seems to be the production-ready Sierra at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo. The model, according to Tata’s format, will first be launched as an EV, followed by its ICE counterpart.
On the outside, the new Sierra boasts an upright fascia with an LED light bar across the length of the face, vertically stacked headlamps, small square inserts on either side of the front bumper, and a faux skid plate. The side profile benefits from flush-fitting door handles, dual-tone alloy wheels, Sierra lettering on the front doors, body-coloured B-pillars, and black roof rails. It gets a new Chill Lime colour that debuted in the 2025 Tata Tiago EV launched earlier this month. At the rear, the 2025 Sierra features a connected LED light setup, large integrated spoiler, faux skid plate, and a large black insert on the rear bumper. Also up for offer is the Sierra lettering along with the signature Tata logo.
Inside, the upcoming Tata Sierra will feature a three-screen setup on the dashboard, a first for any Tata car. Elsewhere, it will get a four-spoke steering wheel from the Safari, ADAS suite, 360-degree camera, ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, and touch-based AC controls.
Under the hood, the Sierra, in this ICE form, will be powered by the staple 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine. This is expected to be joined by the new 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, Hyperion TGDi turbo-petrol motor. The transmission range is likely to include six-speed manual, six-speed automatic, and seven-speed DCT units.
