- To debut in Q1 of CY2025
- Will get a similar dashboard layout as the ICE Harrier
Tata Motors’ next big thing will arrive in the form of the Harrier EV. The electric version of the popular SUV is in the works and is set to make its market debut in Q1 of next year. Ahead of the launch, new spy pictures of the production-ready Harrier EV reveal the interior of the SUV.
As seen in the picture, the dashboard layout of the electric Harrier will have a layout identical to that of the ICE version. Some of the highlights include a large 12.3-inch infotainment system, wireless charger, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, four-spoke steering wheel, dashboard-mounted speaker, touch-based HVAC panel, electronic parking brake with auto hold, stubby gear selector lever, and a rotary dial for the drive modes. Another noticeable element is the yellow garnish on the dashboard.
Moreover, similar to the ICE version, the electric Harrier will also come loaded with a large panoramic sunroof, digital instrument cluster, 360-degree surround camera with blind spot monitor, and a Level 2 ADAS suite.
The technical specifications of the Harrier EV are not out yet. However, what we know so far is that the Harrier EV will be the first electric SUV from the automaker to be offered with an AWD configuration. Moreover, considering the Curvv EV now has a battery pack with an ARAI-certified driving range of 585km, we expect the Harrier EV to deliver a range of approximately 600km on a single charge.
