Jaguar has got a packed booth for the forthcoming Goodwood Festival of Speed. Besides the updated XJ, XJR Rapid Response Vehicle for Bloodhound SSC and the all-new XF, the British firm will showcase the first production model of the new F-Type Project 7.
The Project 7, as we know, is a lightened, more powerful version of the F-Type convertible. It is powered by an up-rated version of the 5-litre V8 engine, which churns out 567bhp and 680Nm of torque, making the Project 7 the most powerful Jaguar ever built, surpassing even the iconic XJ220.
Thanks to the high power output, the Project 7 can accelerate to 100kmph from standstill in just 3.8 seconds and onto an electronically limited top speed of 298kmph.
