Porsche will be launching the new Macan R4 in the country on November 15. With the introduction of a new model, potential Porsche customers will have more options to choose from. The new model will compete against the Jaguar F-Pace in the country. The upcoming vehicle will be offered as an entry-level model and be positioned below the Macan S diesel and Macan Turbo petrol in the country.
The 2.0-litre petrol engine in the Macan R4 generates 249bhp of power. The vehicle’s all-wheel-drive system will be mated to a seven-speed PDK gearbox that allows the vehicle to sprint from 0 – 100kmph in just about 6.7 seconds and it can attain a top speed of about 229kmph. The exterior has been carved-out well and without losing on its iconic shape, it continues to thrill with impressive driving dynamics. It gets a wide grille on the bumper with foglamps, while the headlamps sit deep in the hood. The rear sports wide large tail lamps which flows from the boot lid onto the sides of the vehicle.
