Porsche India has introduced its first offering for 2016 with the launch of a special edition of the Panamera. The sporty four-door model’s line-up now includes the Panamera Diesel Edition which comes with an ex-showroom base price of Rs 1.04 crore.
What makes this new model special on the outside are the subtle design tones. For instance, Porsche has added gloss black trim strips on the side windows and door handles in the same colour. Also standard are 19-inch alloys including wheel hub covers with a coloured Porsche crest and bi-xenon headlights.
Inside, the special edition Panamera comes with part-leather upholstery in Black-Luxor beige with the Porsche crest embossed on all head rests, Sport Design steering wheel and door sill guards with ‘Edition’ lettering. Among other features there’s adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), park assist including reversing camera, electric slide and tilt sun roof, soft close doors and four-zone climate control.
Now on sale in India, this special edition of the Panamera joins the existing range which includes the Panamera 4, SE Hybrid and the high-performance GTS version.
