Porsche India introduces new Cayenne Diesel Platinum Edition for Rs 86.50 lakh

Porsche India has announced the launch of a new special edition version of its flagship SUV – the Cayenne. Called the Cayenne Diesel Platinum Edition, this exclusive new version stands out from the rest of the range with its carrara white paint finish and a wider range of standard equipment. 

Standard features of the new Cayenne Diesel Platinum Edition model include the Sport Design steering wheel with paddle shifters, 19-inch wheels with coloured crest, Porsche Communication Management (PCM), which incorporates the GPS navigation facility.

The SUV also gets air intake grilles with silver metallic accents in the centre and around the sides. Monotone exterior paint finishes in black and white come as standard, while meteor grey metallic, jet black metallic and mahogany metallic are available as additional colour options. Offered exclusively for this Cayenne edition is the carrara white metallic paint finish. The black and beige two-tone partial leather interior combination is also reserved for this model.

Powering this special edition version is a 3-litre V6 turbo diesel engine producing 245bhp of power. Porsche India has announced that the Cayenne Diesel Platinum Edition is now available at Porsche Centres in India with ex-showroom prices starting at Rs 86.50 lakh.

The premium SUV market in India continues to enjoy a steady growth and the Porsche Cayenne has experienced positive sales year on year. The SUV, in fact, has always been the best-selling model from Porsche India’s product line-up. This new special edition version is only going to add to the appeal of the Cayenne in India.
