Porsche has been testing the facelifted version of the 911 for quite a while now, but looking at the light amount of camouflage on this 911 Turbo prototype, we can safely say that the wait is almost over and that the updated sports car will arrive at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month.
In typical Porsche fashion, design changes have been kept to a minimum although it’s underneath the subtly restyled shell where you will find the big changes. The existing 911 Turbo with 520bhp and the Turbo S with 560bhp will benefit from a minor power upgrade.
The facelifted 911 range will also feature the 918 Spyder-inspired right-hand side driving mode selector. Stay tuned as we expect to see several more minor changes on the new 911 which will arrive next month at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
