Porsche is hard at work, readying a louder, more potent version of the current 911 GT3 RS. The track-focused model will get the same facelift that the tamer versions of the 911 range received earlier.
What we have here are new spy pictures of the 911 at the Nurburgring and it appears to be the GT3 RS with over 500bhp and probably a bigger 4.2-litre motor. Like the GT3 RS which is now sold out, the new model gets a huge rear wing while the rear diffusor has been taken from the 911 R.
The front-end is different, too, featuring two additional air-intakes on the hood. The facelift also features a unique exhaust system. What’s more, with so much downforce at the rear axle it should stick to the road even better compared to previous RS models.
