Polaris RZR 1000 swept the podium at the third edition of one the most challenging rallies, the India Baja 2018. The winning offroad buggy was driven by Arindam Saikai/co-driver Jeevarathinam J with a lead time of 20 minutes and 12 seconds. The India Baja 2018 tests the qualities of endurance, ingenuity, physical and mental toughness of the driver as well as the vehicle. The cross-country rally was held in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan and included 400km of extremely harsh special stages and over 150km of transport stages.
Speaking on the occasion Pankaj Dubey, Managing Director and Country Head, Polaris India Pvt. Ltd., said, “This victory in India Baja 2018 is a matter of great pride for Polaris. The rally is a test of endurance even for the most experienced competitors as it requires time to adjust to the desert.
