Pioneer has recently launched its 2013 range of in-car audio systems in Mumbai. The new systems include a wide range of user interface technology, double DIN systems and various kinds of speakers.
This year Pioneer has extended its MIXTRAX technology to a number of models across its line-up of audio and video receivers. MIXTRAX, according to a company statement, is an innovative technology which creates a nonstop mix of an entire music library with DJ effects, to create a club-like atmosphere in the car.
Pioneer has also introduced Advanced App Mode and Advanced Sound Receiver technology for its systems. With Advanced App Mode one can control iPhone applications through the touch screen unit. It also allows for the control of other music and utility applications. The Advanced Sound Receiver technology restores the high frequency sounds lost in the digital compression process ensuring enhanced sound quality. The updated speaker line-up includes the new "The Bullet" range and the re-launched A-series.
Speaking on the launch, Tatsuo Takeuchi, managing director, said, “India‘s in-car entertainment market has evolved with time to its optimum state. The new range of products that Pioneer has to offer is another step forward in aligning the Indian market with our success in global market. India is one of our key focus areas in our current business plan along with Brazil and China.”
