Seems like Mahindra’s acquisition of the ailing Pininfarina has given a new lease of life to the legendary Italian design house. Along with the Fittipaldi supercar, Pininfarina has also built a luxury sedan for Geneva and this is the only pictorial evidence of what is lurking under the covers.
Pininfarina calls it the H600 Limo which means creature comforts would be galore. But that is not what Pininfarina is known for. The house that has designed almost every Ferrari right form the 60s to the latest 458 Italia will certainly have all the right touches of sportiness to the design. The car will certainly be a delight to drive with its dynamically splendid chassis.
The H600 is being built in collaboration with the Hong Kong based Hybrid Kinetic Group. The technology company has helped Pininfarina build a unique eco-friendly powertrain that will certainly do justice to the capable chassis. We bet on a fully electric powertrain and knowing the Italians, the H600 would certainly have the Tesla Model S as its primary target.
