Toyota has issued a recall for the petrol models of their MPV, the Innova Crysta and their bestselling SUV, the Fortuner. The issue is related to fuel hose routing which is said to be faulty.
The recall encompasses 2,628 vehicles built between 18 July 2016 and 22 March 2018. The cars will be inspected to identify for issues and if found, the issues will be corrected free of cost. Owners of the related cars can visit their nearest service station to avail the service.
Toyota, earlier this year, had issued another recall to inspect the wiring harnesses of the Innova Crysta built between April 2016 and January 2018 and the Fortuner manufactured between October 2016 and November 2017.
