Nissan India has started a ‘Happy with Nissan’ service campaign that will continue till November 28 this year. The free check-up camp is in its fourth edition this year. Here, Nissan car owners can get their vehicles checked at the nearest service station free of cost.
The camp will take place at 140 locations across 120 cities in our country. A comprehensive 60 point check-up program is set up at every location, in which trained personnel from Nissan will do a thorough examination of the Nissan cars. The company is also giving out prizes and gifts to customers during this ongoing activity. This campaign will also offer the customers with discounts on spare parts, labour charges, accessories and other value added services as well.
Arun Malhotra, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd., said, "We at Nissan are very much encouraged by our rising SSI scores and want to offer an unmatched experience to our customers even after they purchase our products. We want to get closer to them and ‘Happy with Nissan’ initiative gives us a great opportunity to do so. This campaign is aimed towards reaching out to our customers and giving them effective solutions."
‘Happy with Nissan’ is a nationwide customer connect program mainly organised by the manufacturer to keep their existing customers delighted with their services. All Nissan service outlets across India prepare themselves to provide the best of their services to customers. We believe that a manufacturer should believe in understanding the evolving needs and preferences of their customers. Initiatives like these are a good opportunity for the automaker to give their customers a value-added ownership experience.
