Nissan India has launched a special edition of the Terrano at Rs 11.45 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). To add some spunk to the outgoing version of the SUV, this new Groove edition gets a few changes to the exterior and interior worth Rs 30,000.
The Terrano Groove is available in the XL (O) variant and will be limited to 250 units. The changes to the exterior include a matte black roof wrap, chrome highlights for fog lamps, tail lamps and tailgate. The cabin gets new fabric mats and LED scuff plates on the doors. The unique change the company has brought in the interior is the addition of precision speakers by Rockford Fosgate.
Guillaume Sicard, President, Nissan India Operations, said, "The Terrano has established itself as a stylish premium compact SUV, which is equally at home in the outdoors as it is in the urban cityscape. With the Groove edition, we want to reach out to individuals who like their cars to reflect their dynamic lifestyle. The Terrano Groove edition is targeted at lively, youthful and lifestyle-conscious customers and we think these distinctive touches to the overall package will enhance the appeal of the SUV. Nissan also announced a new advertising campaign with the launch of the Terrano Groove edition. It also helps their cause that they have selected current heartthrob Sushant Singh Rajput to introduce their vehicle.
