The Sunny sedan launched in 2011 and is one of Nissan’s most successful models in India, while the Friend-Me concept car defines the company’s bold vision of how the next generation of saloons will look like. The concept car combines sporty and dynamic new design features with a cabin that showcases Nissan's latest vision of in-car technology and entertainment.
That’s not all, Nissan will also set motorsports lovers’ pulse racing by showing the championship winning GT-R GT500 that competes in Japan’s coveted Super GT Series in the GT500 Class. Nissan’s Terrano crossover will make its presence felt among its siblings in an accessorised version. The Evalia MPV will be shown with new improved features, adding to its standard equipment list. The MPV recently received an update in terms of convenience features and the Auto Expo will see Nissan’s continued approach to make it even better. Nissan’s current Indian line-up apart from the above, also includes the Micra Active and the new Micra hatchback.
As a first, the Nissan stand will also feature a raft of innovative, customer-focused technologies like the Xtronic CVT and the K9K diesel engine that powers its range of Indian vehicles. To top it up, Nissan will pursue its interest in creating road safety awareness by bringing its Nissan Safety Driving Forum (NSDF) initiative to Delhi Auto Expo where showgoers can experience the benefits of important safety technologies like seat belts, airbags and Anti-lock Braking System through specially designed simulators. It’s going to be a packed day for Nissan surely.
