Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd (NMIPL) has opened its tenth dealer in the country. With the inauguration of EVM Nissan in Cochin. This new dealership is located at Survey no 193/1, 193/2 & 193/9, INTU Junction, Village Maradu, Nettoor, Eranakaulam – 682040 and is directed by Mr. Sabu Johny (MD, EVM automobiles Pvt Ltd). This facility is spread over 1941 square meters of serviceable area.
The dealership in Cochin also marks the automotive major’s ability to reach commercial coverage in more than 38% of the national territory. Currently, eight states of the country have Nissan dealerships. The line of vehicles offered by NMIPL is the premium sedan Nissan Teana and the Nissan X-Trail SUV. The company is expected to close year 2009 with approximately 300 unit sales.
