> Nissan claims that its new Kicks SUV is not only strong and safe, but also durable for use on Indian roads
Nissan has commenced bookings of the Kicks SUV in India. Customers can either pay Rs 25,000 at any Nissan dealership to make a booking, or do it online at www.nissan.in.
Commenting on the announcement, Hardeep Singh Brar, Director of Sales, Nissan India, said, “The new Nissan Kicks is a testimony to our commitment to bring the best of global products and technology to our customers in India. We are confident that with its progressive SUV design and advanced technology, the Kicks will appeal to new-age urban adventure seekers.”
We drove the Nissan Kicks recently and you can read more about it here. The Indian-spec Kicks uses the Captur/Duster platform, along with the same 109bhp/240Nm 1.5-litre DCi motor. Nissan is banking on the Kicks to do well in the Indian market due to the butch looks and tried-and-tested underpinnings.
