- To be launched on 4 October, 2024
- Deliveries to commence on 5 October
Nissan India has officially commenced the bookings of the Magnite facelift. Customers can book the model by visiting the nearest Nissan dealership or via the brand’s online portal. Meanwhile, the deliveries are set to begin on 5 October, 2024, a day after its launch.
In terms of design and styling, the updated Magnite will carry a similar silhouette but with major tweaks to its front and rear profile. The fascia will get a redesigned sleeker grille, revised LED headlamps, reworked bumper, and slightly updated LED DRLs. Meanwhile, the side profile is likely to remain more or less identical with a new set of alloy wheels uplifting the stance. At the rear, the changes could include a refreshed bumper and taillamps.
Feature-wise, the new Magnite is expected to get a larger infotainment system, wireless smartphone connectivity, refreshed interior theme with a reworked dashboard layout, and a sunroof too is likely to make its way to the new iteration of the Magnite.
Mechanically, the automaker is not expected to make any changes to the existing 1.0-litre NA petrol and the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. Transmission duties will be carried over by a five-speed manual, AMT, and a CVT unit.
Upon its launch, the new Magnite will continue its rivalry with the Renault Kiger, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and the Citroen Basalt in the price range.
