- Bookings open for Rs. 11,000
- Deliveries to commence on 5 October
Nissan India will finally update its best-seller, the Magnite in the coming days. While the launch is scheduled for 4 October, the deliveries are slated to begin a day later. Ahead of this, the automaker has already commenced the bookings for the Magnite facelift and teased the interior of the SUV for the first time.
As seen in the image, the Magnite will retain most of the elements from its predecessor. This includes the dashboard and centre console layout, shape and positioning of the AC vents, HVAC control dials, steering wheel, and the digital cluster. However, the seat upholstery and the cabin's theme appear to be new with a tan finish.
As for the features, the Magnite facelift will carry on with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, 360-degree surround camera, automatic climate control, push start/stop button, steering-mounted controls, rear AC vents, and a centre armrest for the front passengers. However, what will make the Magnite an interesting package is the inclusion of a sunroof.
Coming to the powertrain, the new Magnite will continue to be powered by the same 1.0-litre NA and the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with a five-speed manual, AMT, and CVT gearbox options.
