Nissan has launched a limited edition variant of its Sunny variant dubbed as the Sunny Special Edition. The car gets a host of add-ons on the outsides and interiors to stand out. On the outside, the Sunny comes in a shade of white and to make it stand out gets decals running across the shoulder line and the bottom of the car. It also gets a blacked out roof and wheel covers and a rear spoiler.
On the insides, the Special Edition gets a bigger 6.2-inch infotainment system, black and red seats with matching mats. The car also comes with NissanConnect that gets a barrage of features like Locate my car, nearby pit-stops, speed alert, curfew alert amongst others. The Sunny also comes with dual airbags, keyless entry and driver seat-belt reminder across all variants.
The Special Edition is available with both the engines which include a 1.5-litre, 99bhp petrol that comes with a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox and a 1.5-litre, 86bhp, K9K diesel with a 5-speed manual gearbox.Â
The Nissan Sunny goes up against the Skoda Rapid, Honda City, Hyundai Verna and Volkswagen Vento. Â
