The interiors of the India-spec, Nissan Kicks, has been revealed. We’ve already seen and explained in detail the exteriors of the India-spec model when it was unveiled and you can read about that here.
It’s a beige and black two-tone affair all around, in terms of the colour scheme. The car in the photos is a top-of-the-line model and so, it gets climate control, a touchscreen infotainment system with a floating display, height adjustment for the driver’s seat and quilted leather inserts for the seat back and base.
The instrument cluster is a mix of analogue (tachometer and fuel gauge) and digital (trip computer and speedometer). One of the USPs of this new India spec Kicks is a 360 degree camera that will be a first in the segment. In terms of safety, all variants are expected to get dual front airbags, ABS with EBD as standard while top spec model gets four airbags.
The Kicks will be offered with the 1.5-litre petrol and diesel. Currently, both power trains will be offered with a five-speed and six-speed manual respectively, but we can expect an AT option for them in the future as part of a planned update for the car.
Lastly, we’ve also had a go in the international spec Kicks in Dubai and you can read about that here. But if you are willing to wait then we will let you know how the India-spec Kicks drives later today.
