Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd (NMIPL) has been continuously ramping up its dealer network across the country. The company has opened five more dealerships in Vijayawada, Bhopal, Jaipur, Navi Mumbai and Bhubaneswar in line with its growth strategy and long-term commitment to offer its high quality service standards to guarantee consumer satisfaction.
With the opening of Lucky Nissan, Vijayawada; CI Nissan, Bhopal; Royal Nissan, Jaipur; Ananta Nissan, Bhubaneswar and Orion Nissan, Navi Mumbai, Nissan has 20 dealerships operational across the country. Currently, 13 states of the country have Nissan dealerships.
Talking about this growth Mr. Kiminobu Tokuyama, MD & CEO, NMIPL, said, "We had a short-term objective of establishing 20 dealerships by July 2010 and we are happy to state that we have been well on track with our plans. Going forward, we hope to continue our endeavour to increase our footprint and to provide total customer satisfaction with high-quality service standards."
In the process of establishing the Nissan Brand in India, NMIPL - in partnership with Hover Automotive India, its marketing, sales, after-sales service and dealer development arm - preparing its dealer network structure to support the up-coming growth in the country.
The company is aggressively expanding its dealership presence in key metros and cities and hopes to have a total of more than 30 dealers by end of this fiscal year. The success of the newly launched Nissan Micra will depend on the reach of the company and with such an expansion in the dealership they would certainly want to reach every nook and corner in the country.
The new dealerships have a huge and spacious showroom facility with serviceable area to cater to customer’s need of quick and better service. Customer can see, touch, and feel the product in a comfortable ambience. The sales consultant and service team of all the dealerships in Vijayawada, Bhopal, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar and Navi Mumbai are trained personally by Hover and Nissan to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
