Nissan inaugurates its first dealership in Jharkhand

Nissan India has inaugurated its first dealership in Jharkhand, taking its overall dealership count to 190 in the country. Titan Nissan is a 3S facility (sales service and spares) which is built over an area of over 33,000sqft along with a showroom space of over 3,000sqft.

Titan Nissan will sell and service both Nissan and Datsun range of products. This outlet consists of 12 bays to cater to the growing number of Nissan cars in the city. The new dealership has over 50 staff to cater to customers. The dealership’s location ensures easy accessibility to the customers and has adequate space for multiple car displays.

Nissan is currently present in 136 cities and we will continue to expand our reach to bring our exciting products closer to our customers across the country. Nissan aims to double its reach in India by 2016 with a total presence of 300 touch points across the length and breadth of India,” said Arun Malhotra, managing director, Nissan India.

The company has sold 47,474 cars in the last financial year, registering a growth of 24.2 per cent. The company is focusing a lot on the Datsun range of cars because it has been getting decent sales numbers, which have helped them increase their overall market share.
