A Nissan GT-R, under camouflage, has been spotted testing in Europe, but it is difficult to ascertain if the prototype on test is the next-generation GT-R or an updated version of the outgoing model.
Nissan might introduce the next generation GT-R by late 2017 or early 2018 according to rumours. There is a possibility that this test mule could be the next generation model. However, the GT-R has been updated every year and this could also be one of the model year updates for 2015.
There were rumours of the hybrid GT-R making it's debut soon and this might also be the hybrid under test. The hybrid GT-R might boast of a 3.8-litre V6 engine pumping out 650bhp and an electric motor producing 134bhp. This might just push the total power output to 784bhp which may result in stellar performance figures.
Nissan has announced that it might introduce the GT-R, officially in India and if it does, we might as well get the most powerful GT-R next year.
