Nissan has recently launched its new F1 (Fix It Right First Time) solution in India to enhance its after-sales services. This new service experience was introduced during the carmaker's 'Happy with Nissan' car check-up campaign.
As the name suggests, the new solution intends to fix the car the first time it enters the workshop. A comprehensive diagnosis of the vehicle will be done including inspection and repair. This F1 solution also includes a dedicated inspector for final quality inspection. The main aim is to eliminate the repetitive work and reduce the customer visits to a service station.
Nissan India is putting in all their efforts to improve its after-sales service in the country. This new F1 solution is already implemented in 19 of the key markets of Nissan and India is the latest to receive the same. The initiative will hopefully address the customers' issues and solve their queries in the first attempt itself, adding to customer delight.
