It’s the newest and biggest BMW to be launched this year. Now in its sixth generation, the BMW 7 Series has got a generation change for the first time in six years. It gets a whole host of cosmetic and luxury feature updates.
The exterior changes appear to be evolutionary while the cabin gets a whole host of updates including gesture control, rear executive package and wood inserts for various trim levels. Right from the time of the launch, BMW will be offering the M Sport package as well as the Pure Design trim packages.
It was unveiled in June and will make its official debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show later this month. Sales for the European market are expected to begin in October while the US market will get the car next March.
In our context, the car will arrive here by the middle of next year in most probably the 750Li and 730Ld setup with the latter getting local assembly right from the time of being launched.
