Audi has done really with the Q3 which comes off as a well-built, luxurious crossover. That said, the model has been around for a long time and the competition has moved ahead as well. Audi knows it and is already developing an all-new generation of the Q3.
What we have here is a digital representation of the new Q3 based on our previous spy pictures. In all probability, the new Q3 will adopt a more edgy look compared to the bulbous lines of the current car. The headlight, taillights and the grille will be designed in line with Audi’s current look.
The new Q3 will be based on VW’s flexible MQB platform which will result in plenty of weight savings. This new platform will even allow Audi to expand the Q3’s footprint without worrying too much about the weight gain.
Expect Audi to unveil the new Q3 sometime late next year and put it on sale in 2018. The car, as we know, will be positioned above the Q2 which is due for launch in India next year.
