Swedish vehicle manufacture Volvo will end 2017 on a positive note with the launch of the new XC60 in India tomorrow. The upcoming SUV is based on the SPA (scalable platform architecture) which underpins both the XC90 and the S90. The new XC60 will be available in a single ‘Inscription’ variant and also get an exhaustive feature list.
Under the hood, the Volvo XC60 is powered by a 2.0-litre D5 diesel engine that generates 235bhp of power and 480Nm of torque. The powerful engine comes mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission that powers all four wheels. The SUV gets five preset drive modes - Eco, Comfort, Off Road, Dynamic and Individual.
