The interiors of the upcoming Tata Altroz have been leaked ahead of its launch which is likely to take place in the coming months. Two spy images shared on the web suggest that the model is the top-spec XZ variant.
As seen in the spy image, the Tata Altroz premium hatchback will come equipped with a free-standing touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, dual-tone beige and black upholstery, climate control, cruise control, steering mounted controls, blue coloured ambient lighting, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 12V charging port at the front, digital-analogue instrument cluster. Also on offer will be drive modes, the button for which seems to be located below the gear lever.
Previous spy images have revealed the finer details of the seven-inch TFT display in the Tata Altroz. The unit features an analogue speedometer as well as a digital tachometer and MID. The model will also have 90-degree opening front doors.
Engine options on the new Tata Altroz could include a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol motor and a 1.5-litre diesel motor. These engines are expected to be paired to a five-speed manual transmission and a six-speed manual transmission respectively. The model will rival against the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Volkswagen Polo, Honda Jazz and the Hyundai Elite i20.
