New Porsche Macan to be launched in India tomorrow

The new Porsche Macan will be launched in India tomorrow. This is the first update for the Macan in India and it will be available in two variants – Macan and the Macan S. The updated SUV will get a fresh set of cosmetic and feature upgrades. We revealed the ex-showroom Delhi prices for the new Macan in June - Standard Macan at Rs 69.98 lakhs and Macan S at Rs 85.03 lakhs. 

Mechanically, the Macan will be powered by a turbocharged inline-four 2.0-litre engine that produces a maximum power output of 252bhp and 370Nm of torque. The Macan S, on the other hand, will be powered by a 3.0-litre engine that produces 348bhp and 480Nm of torque. Both the engines come mated to a seven-speed PDK with manual controls on the steering wheel.

The updated Porsche Macan will get a revised front fascia and tweaked rear section for freshness. As for the interior, it will get premium leather upholstery, black interior package and more. The SUV will offer a luggage compartment capacity of 500-litres. The load capacity can further be expanded with folded rear seats for a maximum space of 1,500-litres.
