Earlier today, JSW MG Motor India launched the Windsor EV, its new crossover utility vehicle or CUV, as they like to call it. The introductory prices of the brand's third EV in India start at Rs. 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Let us now take a closer look at the timeline of the car.
Test drives
The Windsor EV, which sits above the Comet in the range, will arrive at showrooms in the coming days. This will be followed by test drives scheduled to kickstart on 25 September.
Booking date
The bookings for the 2024 Windsor EV will open on 3 October, which will also be the start of Navratri. It is to be noted that the car will be available in three variants and four colours. We have detailed the latter and you can read about it on our website.
Deliveries
Shortly after opening bookings of the Windsor EV in October, it will be followed by deliveries which will commence on 12 October. This, coincidentally, is the date for the festive day of Dussehra this year.
For the uninitiated, the JSW-MG Windsor EV sources power from a 38kWh battery pack paired with a single electric motor. Tuned to develop 134bhp and 200Nm of torque, the model is claimed to return a range of 331km on a single full charge.
