Mahindra launched the much-awaited five-door Thar Roxx in the country yesterday. This new iteration of the Thar is available across multiple variants, including MX1, AX3, AX5, and AXL at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 12.99 lakh. In this article, we have listed all the exterior paint schemes that are being offered with the new Thar Roxx.
The Mahindra Thar Roxx can be had in seven exterior colours, namely, Stealth Black, Tango Red, Everest White, Deep Forest, Nebula Blue, Battleship Grey, and Burnt Sienna. Notably, all the versions get a black quarter panel as part of the package.
Mechanically, the new Thar Roxx is bundled with two engine options – a 2.0-litre TGDi turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre CRDi diesel engine. While the petrol engine is only limited to the RWD versions, the diesel mill is being offered with both RWD and 4X4 iterations of the Thar Roxx. As for the transmission options, both engines come mated to a six-speed manual and a six-speed torque converter unit.
Now, the automaker has announced the prices of most of the variants, except for the top-spec 4X4 versions. Customers can only book the model starting from 3 October, however, test drives of the Thar Roxx will commence from 14 September.
