New Lexus RX to debut at 2015 New York Auto Show

Japanese luxury automaker Lexus has released a new teaser image showing bits of the all-new RX SUV. The vehicle is scheduled to make its global debut on April 1 at the 2015 New York Auto Show.

Like the previous RX, this new model boasts of a fairly streamlined design which not only enables the vehicle to cut through the air easily but also enhances the overall looks. Official details on this forthcoming model are almost non-existent at the moment although Lexus is expected to plonk in a V6 engine and an 8-speed gearbox. 

When Lexus introduced the original RX back in 1997, it defined a new segment altogether in many markets. Since then, the SUV went on to put up strong sales across a number of global markets. Now in its fourth generation, the new RX will make its global debut on April 1 at the 2015 New York Auto Show.
