New Hyundai Grand i10 Nios will feature ARKAMYS music system and 5.3-inch MID

- Both the features will be available on the Sportz and Asta variants.

- It will be available with 1.2-litre petrol and diesel engines.

- Both, five-speed manual and AMT gearboxes will be on offer.

Ahead of the launch of the all-new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios in India, we brought you exclusive details about the fuel economy figures and dimensions of the hatchback. Now, we can confirm that the Grand i10 Nios will come loaded with an ARKAMYS music system and a 5.3-inch driver information display (MID).

Hyundai Motors India is already offering ARKAMYS sound system on cars like Venue, Creta, Verna and the Elite i20. The car will get an analogue tachometer, and the MID will display the speed, odometer and other information. Both the features will be offered in the Sportz and Asta trims of the Grand i10 Nios.

The Grand i10 Nios will be powered by a 1.2-litre dual VTVT petrol motor that will produce 81bhp and 114Nm. The oil burner will be a 1.2-litre CRDi unit that will generate 74bhp and 190Nm. Both the engines will be mated to a five-speed gearbox. A five-speed Smart Auto AMT will be offered on two petrol variants and one diesel trim.

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios will compete against the Maruti Suzuki Swift and the Ford Figo. That said, Hyundai will continue selling the current-gen Grand i10 alongside the Grand i10 Nios.
