Maruti Suzuki
In an effort to boost the sales for the Ignis this monsoon, Maruti Suzuki has announced discounts of up to Rs 65,000 on the petrol as well as the diesel variants. On the other hand, the company is also offering discounts of up to Rs 75,000 on the Wagon R. The move is expected to help the country’s largest car maker to make way for the new Wagon R in India. Moreover, the company is offering discounts of up to Rs 1.3 lakhs on the Ciaz ahead of introducing a facelifted model which will be introduced at a later date.
Hyundai
Slow sales are very much the norm ahead of the festive season. However, in an effort to boost up its overall sales, the Korean car manufacturer is offering lucrative deals on the Grand i10 and the Xcent in India. The Xcent attracts benefits of up to Rs 90,000 while the petrol and diesel variants of the Grand i10 attract benefits of up to Rs 80,000 to Rs 90,000 respectively.
Tata Motors
Tata Motors has announced discounts ranging between Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 on its slow selling models such as the Zest, Bolt and the Sumo Gold. As for its popular selling models like the Nexon and the Tiago, the company is offering exchange bonus of up to Rs 15,000. Interestingly, the company is offering the first year of insurance at Re 1 on the models such as the Nano, Zest, Tigor, Hexa and the Safari Storme.
Honda
Japanese car manufacturer Honda is offering benefits of up to Rs 19,000 and insurance at Re 1 for its entry-level product, the Brio. The 2018 Amaze variants attract benefits ranging from Rs 20,000 – Rs 40,000. The E and the E (O) variants attract benefits of Rs 40,000 which include insurance worth Rs 18,000, HCMP worth Rs 14,000 and accessories worth Rs 8,000. The S (O) Pride edition on the other hand attracts benefits of Rs 20,000 which include insurance at Re 1 which is worth Rs 20,000. The S, S(O), V and the VX variants attract benefits of up to Rs 40,000 which include insurance at Rs 24,000, HCMP worth Rs 14,000 and accessories worth Rs 2,000. Honda is offering variant specific discounts of up to Rs 75 lakhs on the Jazz. Honda’s popular seller, the 2018 City is offered with specific benefits of up to Rs 52,000. Honda 2018 WR-V is available with benefits amounting to Rs 32,000 which includes insurance worth Rs 12,000 and exchange bonus of Rs 20,000. The 2018 BR-V on the other hand attracts cash discount of up to Rs 1 lakh.
Mahindra
The country’s largest utility car manufacturer Mahindra is offering a discount of Rs 1.5 lakhs on the pre facelift version of the XUV500 to clear the existing stocks. The vehicle is offered with features such as seven-seat option, automatic gearbox, sunroof and an all-wheel drive option.
