The new generation Audi A6 will be launched in India in September of this year. It’s the fifth generation for Audi’s mid-size sedan and will be offered here with both petrol and diesel engine options.
This being an Audi, the fifth generation A6 sports an evolutionary design and in fact looks much like the latest A8 L. There’s loads of Audi’s latest safety and comfort technology and we have looked at it in detail here.
The A6 will take on the likes of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Jaguar XF, BMW 5 Series and the Volvo S90 in the mid-size luxury sedan segment of the Indian car market. While the sedans are its traditional rivals, nowadays you can also get SUVs like the BMW X3, Mercedes-Benz GLE and the Volvo XC60.
