Mitsubishi has suddenly become active in India with the launch of the all-new Outlander SUV last month. Now, the Japanese car maker has decided to make a splash this monsoon with the Pajero Sport. With 30 permutations and combination available, the Pajero Sport now officially becomes the SUV with the largest colour palette.
There are three dual-tone paint schemes – PA, PB and PC. The base paint is white for PA and the highlight colour options of red, yellow, blue, silver and black adorn the front fenders, the roof-rails, the rear fenders and the tailgate.
The next option, PB, paints the lower half of the SUV in black, including the cladding and the bumpers while the top half has the white, silver, blue, red and yellow colour options. Well, the blue and black combination does look good.
Finally, the PC options paints the lower half of the car white and the top has the same five colour options as in the previous two cases. Here, we loved the classic red and white combination.
Well, these paint schemes are available over and above the standard single and dual tone colour options for the Pajero Sport.
The full-size seven-seater SUV competes against the likes of the Toyota Fortuner, the Ford Endeavour and the Skoda Kodiaq and is powered by 2.5-litre four cylinder diesel engine. The turbocharged mill develops 176bhp of power and comes with a full-time all-wheel drive options with a five-speed manual gearbox and a rear-wheel drive option with the automatic.
It comes laden with power seats, two-zone climate control with rear AC vents, touch-screen audio system, recline and foldable rear seats. It also gets projector headlamps, rear-view camera, leather interior along with cruise control and steering mounted audio controls.
