Michelin Tyres announced the launch of its concept store ‘TyrePlus’ in Pitampura, New Delhi. With this new launch, Michelin is expanding its network of distributors through its special tyre services formats in India. The servicing of passenger vehicles with concept store ‘TyrePlus’ and commercial vehicles with ‘Michelin Truck Service Center’ (MTSC), Michelin is strengthening its touch points.
The TyrePlus in Pitampura is spread over a total area of around 1700 sq ft and also has a workshop that is fully-equipped with latest machinery to handle all tyre related services, an exercise undertaken by Michelin Tyres for all its TYREPLUS outlets across the world. The outfit in Pitampura also provides car accessories for the users. The store has a robust team of 10 executives all trained in required technical skills. As part of the TYREPLUS Programme, Michelin would also provide the team with scheduled trainings encompassing product, soft and management skills etc.
