JSW MG Motor India recently introduced the new Windsor EV in the country, with prices starting at Rs. 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The CUV, as the brand calls it, is available in four colours and three variants. Let us now take a closer look at the MPV through a set of pictures.
The Windsor is offered in four paints, namely Clay Beige, Pearl White, Starburst Black, and Turquoise Green.
The fascia gets the signature MG logo with illumination.
Meanwhile, illumination on the road is taken care of by a set of projector headlights.
The side profile boasts flush-fitting door handles.
Also up for offer are 18-inch alloy wheels.
The posterior features new LED taillights with a connected light bar.
MG claims the Windsor to have a bootspace of 579 litres with all seats up.
Inside, the CUV is equipped with a fixed glass panoramic sunroof.
The all-black theme is complemented by contrast-coloured elements in a bronze and faux wood finish.
The front seats receive a ventilation function.
Further, the front seats get electric adjustment too.
The second-row seats get the multiple-step recline function.
The floating centre console houses a wireless charger and three cup holders.
Front-row occupants also receive a leatherette armrest.
The car is equipped with six airbags.
In the music department, you get eight speakers and a sub-woofer.
The new 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The driver can control various functions via the two-spoke steering wheel.
The 360-degree camera along with blind spot monitors allows for a surround view of the vehicle at all times.
Propelling the 2024 Windsor EV is a 38kWh battery pack and a single electric motor producing 134bhp and 200Nm that is claimed to deliver a range of 331km on a single full charge. Notably, this car gets Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) where the user pays a rent of Rs. 3.5 per kilometre driven in the Windsor.
