A new day has brought along another teaser of the MG Windsor EV ahead of its launch on 11 September. This time around, the brand has given us a peek at the interior while also revealing the new touchscreen system in what it terms a ‘CUV’.
The new Windsor EV will get a segment-leading 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Called the Grandview display, it is not just the largest screen offered in the segment but also the largest among the current crop of MG cars sold in India.
The teaser video of the Windsor EV reveals additional key features such as a 360-degree camera, blind spot monitor, automatic climate control, ambient lighting, fully digital colour instrument cluster, two-spoke multifunction steering wheel, powered tailgate, cruise control, and faux wooden inserts for the dashboard. Also up for offer will be a panoramic sunroof and a rear seat package.
Globally, this upcoming BYD e6 rival is offered with 37.9kWh and 50.6kWh battery packs paired with a single electric motor each. The claimed range stands at 360km and 460km on a single full charge, respectively.
