- MG retails 490 units less compared to June 2022
- To launch the new Hector later this year
MG Motor India announced that it retailed a total of 4,013 units in July 2022. The carmaker recorded a sale of 490 units lesser when compared to June 2022. Notably, the company revised the variant line-up of the Astor mid-size SUV last month.
According to MG, the British automobile manufacturer will introduce the new Hector by the end of the year. The 2022 Hector, which was teased with a segment-first feature last month, will be sold alongside the new-gen model.
Morris Garages is also working on a new EV that will be positioned below the ZS EV. To be launched in India in H1 2022, the model will be priced between Rs 10-15 lakh (ex-showroom). At the same time, MG is also working on an update for the Gloster full-size SUV.
