- MG Maxus D90 will rival the Fortuner and Endeavour

The MG Maxus D90 has been spotted testing in India for the first time. The full size SUV is likely to be the third product to be launched by the brand in India after the Hector and the soon to be launched ZS EV.
Exterior highlights of the MG Maxus D90 include an octagonal shaped grille, wraparound headlamps, skid plates, fog lights, large alloy wheels, sunroof and blacked out B-pillar and C-pillars. Dimension wise, the model measures 5,005mm in length, 1.932mm in width and 1,875mm in height while the wheelbase is rated at 2,950mm.
Powering the Maxus D90 from MG in China is a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 221bhp and 360Nm of torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual gearbox and a six-speed automatic unit. A diesel unit could also be offered with the model.
Feature wise, the MG Maxus D90 sold in China comes equipped with 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, eight-inch fully digital instrument display, 360-degree camera, three zone climate control as well as heated and cooled seats. Upon launch, the MG Maxus D90 SUV will rival against the likes of the Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour and the Mahindra Alturas G4.
