It’s official! The MG Hector SUV will be launched in India in Q2 of 2019. This means that the automaker will bring its factory online and start trial production of the SUV within the next two months.
This is MGs first car for India and will be an SUV that will rival the likes of the Tata Harrier, Jeep Compass and the Hyundai Tucson. It will be offered with both petrol and diesel power as well as two major features - a massive 10-inch touchscreen display as well as a 360-degree surround camera.
The Hector will be retailed from 100 touch points across the country of which the first four have already been confirmed in Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Amritsar. The Chandigarh store will be the first one and be opened in May of this year and will be located in the Elante Mall.
