Mercedes-Benz has launched the V-Class Elite in India, with prices starting at Rs 1.10 crores (ex-showroom, all India). The new top-end trim of the V-Class receives an updated fascia that was launched in the international market earlier this year.
Up-front, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class Elite features a diamond grille and an updated bumper with a wider air dam. Inside, the model comes equipped with a larger touchscreen infotainment system, Tartufo Nappa leather upholstery, turbine-style air-vents that replace the conventional horizontal slat units.
Feature highlights of the Mercedes-Benz V-Class Elite include seats with massage and climate control, centre console with refrigerated compartment, Burmester surround sound system, panoramic sunroof, 17-inch alloy wheels, ambient lighting and electric sliding doors. Safety features of the model include six airbags, attention assist and 360-degree camera with Active Park Assist.
Powering the Mercedes V-Class Elite trim is a BS-VI compliant 2.0-litre diesel engine. This motor is tuned to produce 160bhp and 380Nm of torque and is paired to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Speeds of 0-100 kmph are attained in 11 seconds.
